What is the difference between BSc aeronautical engineering and BE aeronautical engineering?

I want to become commercial airline pilot, Can you suggest the ideal course to continue, before going for pilot course?

Update:

I also want to know whether one can write civil service exam, even after doing BE.

    Bsc is also a graduate course but is not a professional course.

    Where as BE is a professional course having more value than Bsc.

    Moreover Bsc is a 3 year course and BE is 4 year course.

    The subject content is much wider in BE.

    Bse is not a engineering course...Some deemed university may have their own degrees. But if you want an engineering degree go for BE
