yes you can..just put like 200 pounds in the trunk and you will be fine.
winter tires are a good thing to have in harsh winters.

Yes. You want the snow tires on the driven wheels. Just take it easy on snowy or icy curves because the rear tires can lose traction.

Nope, if you have an accident with only half of your snows on, you're on your own and could be up the creek without a paddle. In other words, you gotta have all snows on all tires - no ifs ands or maybes.
