Computer doesn't start?
I am not able to boot my computer(Windows XP), all the lights glow, the fan works, but the monitor light stays yellow, no (start up)beep sound...
I can't find what the problem is... can anyone help...(RAM already tested)...

It probably has to do with the graphics card. Could even be that the card is not fixated well into its own slot. Try taking out the card and then put it back into its slot. This will also "restart" the card itself.
However, it could be that the there's something wrong with the card itself. If that's the case, then you will need to repalce it.
Try doing the above, before calling a mechanic. It could help and save money.

its not a problem with smps or supply.
as u told that ram is checked, try placing the ram in the other slot provided.
i had d same problem many times.

get yourself a new power supply. It well be your power supply trust me. The power supply is going dead on you.

Try reinstalling your windows.It worked when i tried it.

first of all check ur smps. if it is ok then reset ur bois and try. if not may be ur ram or motherboard. kardevi143@yahoo.co.in
