I would HIGHLY suggest that you download the latest Real Player to download streaming videos. The new Real Player has a function that lets anyone download any video that is hosted online on any number of sites including Youtube, Myspace, Veoh, and much more. It saves it to your comp in the .flv format.

If you want it in mp4 format so you can put it on and ipod or a psp, you need to get a convertor such as the Free Video Convertor by Koyote Soft (just google it if you want it). This convertor can then convert any saved videos of any format to any other format.
