Does anyone know when the World of Warcraft servers are going to be back up?
Man, this is sure getting old- they should be giving out a free month to everyone. It's been down more than up lately!

Blizzard heard yours and everyone else's cry! Here's the latest from them as of 10/31/08. You can see it in the WoW General Forum that I have linked. They are crediting all accounts for an additional 3 days of gameplay. I know, it's not a whole month, but it's something.
12:00 PM 10/31- Please note that compensation has not been credited to accounts as of this time. We will make an additional updated statement when these should appear on accounts. Please do not contact the billing department to inquire on the credit status.

Since the release of the latest patch, Echoes of Doom, we have gone through a series of optimizations in order to increase overall game performance. We've seen steady, stable populations and a flurry of activity and excitement during the Hallow's End event and the latest rumblings of zombie attacks. It's been an exciting time for us as we draw closer to the release of our second expansion, Wrath of the Lich King.
We've reached a point where we feel we can now accurately evaluate the events since the patch release. Though overall downtime has been minimal, players have experienced latency, inaccessible instances, and general frustrations. We are therefore announcing that we will be issuing compensation to accounts in all realms in the US, Oceanic, and Latin American regions. Accounts that are currently active and in good standing will be credited with an additional three days of game time.
We would like to thank you for your patience during this time and look forward to seeing you in game!

Nope it isn't professional. it is probable a private server. almost continually, the personal servers have an analogous stuff because the retail version of WoW. in certain situations the personal servers have further new custom made issues. those issues have fairly effective stats. And to get those you want voting factors.

if you want them to reimberse you for time lost it equals to about 50 cents a day. Thats about 2 cents and hours.
it has been running fine for the last week, this sort of thign is expected around the time a big patch comes out. as it always does. there is a mention in the ToS about not always being able to play and that there will be no reimbersment for that time.
maybe if you lost a whole month to the game you could get credited a month, but not the maybe 10 hours its been down

Wish I did and I feel your pain! They really should be giving out free months for this crap since it happens all the time but they're getting ready for the xpac so I'm hoping it'll be worth all the waiting!
