Why do my brakes stick then releases slowly?

1999 chrystler 300m. I just replaced the brake power booster. It fixed the taking to long to stop problem. But now when i press and release the brakes it sticks for like a 1 or 2 seconds till it fully disengages the brakes. What could it be. Or do the brake lines just need to get bled?

It sounds like a stuck valve in the master cylinder. Don't forget you may have installed a faulty 'new' part. Been there, done that.

Check vacuum and bleed the lines again just to be sure. Also make sure the brake rod isn't bound up under a carpet or the likes.
