high alchemy on RuneScape?

Stuff I like: Addy chainbody or square shields are the cheapest. Addy platebodies, rune maces, and medium helms are next cheapest. If you are rich, try rune longswords and rune square shields. All of these will come close to break even depending on how much you pay for nats.

Steel platebodies are terrible for alching. The only reason you would alch those is if you made them yourself from training smithing. The GE minimum price is 1300 and they only alch for 1200, so you lose 100gp plus one nat. Alching feathers or needles is better than that.

The Best Runescape Item To High Alch On Are Mithril Gauntlets...

Normally, Mithril Gauntlets Are Worth 20 or 30k. When You High Alch Em', They Give You Atleast 3 Or 4k More Than The Origonal Price. Good Luck Buying Many Gauntlets :]

Steel platebodies for good xp or rune medium helms if you just want money.

OR, if you want MAXIMUM xp, you can buy like 200k feathers and like 10000 nature runes to get your magic level up.

If you aren't too wealthy just use steel plates.
