The Obama campaign knows two things full well; 1) Those who either support him or would support him don't have the mental capacity to absorb what he says because they are attracted by how he says it, and 2) even if they did they excuse it because they're part of a circus and he's the best clown they've ever seen.

Why should it surprise anyone about him and the taxes he wants to put on people?
When just last year he voted for a tax on people making $43k a year.
