I got my mammogram yesterday, Can anyone tell me what this means.

" Moderate inhomogeneity of the mammary parenchyma bilaterally " I can't reach my doc to ask him. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

    it literally means the appearance of the breast tissues(parenchyma) seen on the xray is not "homogeneous" ie all the same throughout. that is not necessarily a bad thing. just wait and talk to your doctor to be sure if its anything clinically significant.
