No candidates can keep 100% of their promises because they are only telling people what we want to hear to win. There is no candidate that can analyze the situation by themselves and no one can speak from the heart when making promises to the voters.

Both of them can promise you the moon but if congress does'nt approve their promises are not worth anything.
