Injury Claim(Car Accident)?

I was involved in a car accident. I was at fault but didn't get any injury. The other car flipped over. The two people in the other car were taken to the hospital. When I inquired about them from the paramedics and other passers-by , they said that they were ok, one of the policemen said that they were being taken to the hospital just to make sure that everything was fine. They hired an attorney, the property claim got settled but now they are demanding $125,000(total) for the injuries to both the people present in the other car. Our insurance policy has got this $100,000 per person or $300,0000 per occurrence limit. Do we need to pay anything personally or does the insurance company take care of everything? Is the bill of 1,25000 means that each person is claiming half of that?

Just keep your insurance company notified of anything you get, and they will take care of your representation for you.

They may or may not each claiming half of the $125,000. For example, one could be claiming 1/3 and the other 2/3. However, as long as one person is claiming at least 20% ($25,000) and the other person is claiming no more than 80% ($100,000), you will not have pay anything to either person and the insurance company will pay whatever is required (which may be less than the claimed amount).

However, you will have to pay higher insurance premiums in the future.

a million) you won't be able to countersue you have been got here upon at fault. 2) enable your coverage manage it the guy is suing you yet your coverage is going to pay and whilst they do he's made entire and would't situation you anymore. 3) quit demanding! You have been insured and that they are going to look after it, get on with your existence.
