H-m-m-m? Not sure there are twelve organelles in a typical plant cell! But as to the first part, plant cells do have Golgi bodies (also called dictyosomes) which have the same functions as in animal cells. Lysosomes are lacking in plant cells.

Here is a list of organelles typically found in plant cells: Plasma membrane, nucleus, nucleolus, central vacuole or tonoplast, chloroplast (in some tissues but not all), mitochondria, Golgi body, ribosomes, smooth endoplasmic reticulum, rough endoplasmic reticulum, vesicles, endocytoskeleton of microtubules, microfilaments, intermediate filaments. plasmodesmata, The cell wall is a secreted, non-living portion of the cell.

Animal cells only have a cell membrane, which makes them flexible to squeeze through capillaries (tiny blood vessels) Plant cells however, have both a cell membrane along with a cell wall, which makes them have a block look. This is also the reason why plants don't move, and are stiff. Plant cells also have chloroplasts which conduct photosynthesis, which produces chlorophyll, the thing that makes plants green. Vacoules in plant cells contain a very massive amount of their insides, while animal cells' aren't as big.

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/av11I

plant cells have : -cell wall -large vacoule takes up 90% of cells volume -chloroplasts and other plastids -Golgi complexes are called dictyosomes and are smaller and more numerous -plasmodesma
