If you are talking to someone you know (like a friend):
Yo sé que tu eres
or, if you are talking to someone you do not know (like an elderly) or just to be polite:
Yo sé que usted es
Please note that in spanish, you do not have to say the pronouns (yo, tu and usted)
I took spanish in high school for 5 years.

theres different ways to say "i know you":
te conosco! [i know you]: usually said to someone your age or younger, it's informal
lo conosco a usted! [i know you]: said to someone like an adult, formal
"se quien eres" is informal, said to people your age too.
"se quien es usted" is formal and said to adults.
