(yo tengo grande cabeza) Can anyone Translate?

I heard a guy say this and I didn't know what it meant so the spelling may be off but I don't think so. Anyone?

Literally, "yo tengo grande cabeza" means "I have big head".

Though in Spanish, the grammatically correct sentence would be, "Yo tengo una cabeza grande" [I have one head big].
