Arch Enemy
I also find Anders Friden of In Flames to have a very unique voice but some beg to differ.
Also, everybody knows Tom Araya's voice when they hear it. Slayer is a great band.

Dio. Everyone knows Dio's voice an no one can belt it out like that little man can.
On the heavier side I would have to say Lord Worm from Cryptopsy. He has a strange way of fitting the words into songs, not to mention his scream. The pitch and his ability to hold it for long periods of time (over 30 seconds in one song) definitely make him stand out.

Avenged Sevenfold: their lead singer M. Shadow's voice is freakin awesome, as is their drummer, The Rev's (his is kind of demonic sounding sometimes, especially on "A Little Piece of Heaven")
