The teacher in me cringes that you didn't just google "Francium" or go to wikipedia and start reading because 1) it would have taken less time than writing these questions out, and 2) you would have learned something, even one small thing, by pursuing the answers yourself.
In terms of #7: Any element's atomic # is equal to its # of protons. The atomic # is the prominent number listed on the periodic table.
And, if the atom is neutral (which we can assume in this case) the # of protons is equal to the # of electrons.
As for the number of neutrons- it depends on the isotope of Francium you are talking about. Top find the # of neutrons, subtract the atomic # (# of protons) from the isotope's mass # (# p + # n).
