Question about Sadie King's car on Emmerdale.?

I'm a fan of the UK soap opera "Emmerdale" Here in North America we are a few seasons behind. Anyway, my question concerns the car that Sadie King drives. It is a Marcos GT coupe. I have never seen one anywhere but on the show. Do they run as fast as they look?

    Yes this is a very fast car with a 0-62 in 4secs and a top speed of 185mph it is a very rare car and i have only seen one and i live in the uk.
