Why, oh why, does a perfectly good bra suddenly start digging in to you ?

the underwire has probably lost its orignal shape.that usually happens when you wash bras with your other clothes on normal cycles.

handwashing and line drying is best.dont sleep in your bra (youre wearing it all day let your body relax)

also it could just be that you have gained weight/increased in cup size.

you could try a brastrap extender.

My guess would be that your chest has grown a little bit temporarily or permanently. This happens to me all the time and instead of going out and buying new bras I bought a pack of these:

Never ever found underwired bras of any use, give me the other kind any day!

As bras get older, they change shape. If you've had it more than round 6 months and have worn it regularly, i'd say you would need a new one:)

I can only assume it is the same reason why a man's underpants do the same thing. With respect you may need a larger one because of your gentle relaxation of muscle

Get a little lingerie bag and wash your bras and delicates in it. They will keep the shape longer.

it's probally too small get measured in a store it's usuallyf ree they will show you some bra's perfect for you

maybe the wire has come out a bit and is digging into you, because that happens to me A LOT!!

maybe you need a bigger one?

talk to the underwear supervisors in your department store, and get yourself professionally measured (its free) and they will find you a ood bra.
