How can I make visitors visit my site?

make friends via internet. Make friends in places like youtube, friendster, myspace, anywhere. Put ur website there tell them to visit..for example in youtube, if u put ur website in ur channel and tat u comment a lot, ppl will thus visit ur channel and upon seeing the link, they might click it and visit it...

Also, the main thing is what does ur website contains? Is it interesting? is it important? is it useful? For example, if u hav a anti Virus software/firewall website, a lot of ppl might visit it because the thing u have in ur website is DEMANDING. Another example is sites on "how to", "how does things work", etc etc

u can try embeding funny videos or pictures, for example "Epic Fail", "stupid fall"...this can attract many ppl who are bored after surfing the net a whole day...

jus a side note, remember to giv credits to those videos and pictures and ask for permissions before u get called as "leecher"...

u can oso try learning video editing and create videos, video on a video game, video about urself aka comedy (like famous ppl in youtube, eg. Fred, Smoosh, etc etc, u name them :P)

Ppl who play the same computer game will be interested to discuss with u on ur website, if u create video/comedy, u may prolly gain fame and Fans! one day, on the streets, someone might ask for ur sig :D these definately will increase traffic on ur website...
