Problems with Webkinz and Charm Forest?
Does anyone else have trouble on Webkinz with the Charm/Magical Forest? It automatically loads when I am in the middle of games, tournaments and jobs, and I lose my money/score. I have written to the suggestions section repeatedly about this problem, but it has been going on (off and on) for six months.

There have been numberous compliants about glitches like these, I check webkinzinsider.com every few days to find out what is going on. I had a problem with the charm forest freezing, it has gotten better since I use morzilla firefox.
Writing to webkinz, via comments and suggestions, means you won;t get an answer. You need to go to www.webkinz.com and click on customer support (this is on the login page) and go tto report account issues. Ganz (the cmpany that runs the site) seems to very slow customer service so you might have to wait awhile.
I have had furnitire tsick in rooms and features that have not worked for months still. You also might want to post on a site like webkinzinsider.com to be if anyone has had the exact problem and how they corrected it.
