You will need 100 points of i.d - photo i.d, bank statements, passport, birth cert. utility's bill i.e phone, power bill. and any other i.d you have.
And it is helpfull if you have previous rental history, so a letter from your landlord or who ever you are currently living with just to say that you pay rent or bored or what ever and that you haven't trashed any houses.

u need to get a visa first.
then, find a prop manager in the city of your choice.
it is almost as simple as that.
it is odd that Aus contracts out its visa processing
