I want to make something for supper?

I want something good to make for supper. I am sick of making the same old stuff. We do not like sea food, other than fish but anything else my whole family eats. I'm just looking for something new! Thanks so much!

Get some good quality sausages, whatever flavour you like. Cut an opening in the skin at one end and squeeze the sausage meat out making several small balls.

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan & brown the sausage balls then remove from pan.

Drain off any fat, add some more olive oil to the pan & gently fry some chopped onion & garlic. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes, basil, chilli powder & tomato puree & mix. Add some chopped red pepper & mix.

Put the sausage balls into the sauce & leave to simmer until cooked through. Serve on top of your favourite pasta with parmesan & black pepper.

    Yum yum.

    Here's a family favorite:

    Title: Cream Cheese Crockpot Chicken

    Categories: Favorites, Poultry, Crockpot

    Yield: 6 Servings

    1 Frying chicken; cut up*

    2 tb Melted butter

    Salt and pepper to taste

1 pk Dry Italian salad dressing

    -seasoning mix

1 cn Cream of chicken soup

    1 8 oz brick of cream cheese;

    -cut up in cubes

    1/2 c Chicken broth

    1 lg Onion

    Crushed garlic to taste

    * I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Brush chicken with butter and sprinkle with the dry

Italian seasoning mix (I did two layers in my crockpot

to make sure that the Italian seasoning got on all the

chicken and not just those pieces on top.)

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

About 45 minutes before done, brown the onion in the

butter and then add the cream cheese, soup, and

chicken broth to the saucepan. Add the crushed garlic

and stir all ingredients until smooth. Add salt and

    pepper to taste.

Drain some of the liquid in the crockpot (about half)

and pour sauce mixture over chicken in crockpot and

    cook an additional 30-45 minutes.

Remove chicken to platter and stir sauce before

ladling some over the chicken and serving the rest in

    a gravy boat.

    Serve over pasta.
