What kind of questions would a psychologist ask an amnesiac (person with amnesia)?

We think my sister might have amnesia. She got in an accident a while back and she can't remember anything about who we are or who she is, so she is going to see a psychologist who is going to ask her some questions that might help her remember things.

We: my family, are not allowed in the room. We are all curious as to what kind of questions he is going to be asking her. We have tried several different methods ourselves, but to no avail.

What are the professional questions that a trained doctor would ask someone in my sisters situation?

thank you in advance.

    One aspect:

The psychologist will attempt to determine if the person has complete amnesia about all of her past, or just some unit of time either in the near past or the far past.

And, he will give her tests to determine if her short term memory function is intact.
