Yes, but it will take a mentality shift more than just the reactivation of an old friend. Gen LeMay (created SAC) always said there was no such thing as an accident and mistakes weren't tolerated. Not sure if the budget and times would allow that type of thinking any more...

If Chavez in Venezuela starts developing nukes, . .. this close to the U.S. we will need SAC back in charge.
I grew up near Homestead Air Force Base in South Florida. I remember seeing B-52 bombers sitting on the tarmac. I later learned those babies HAD nukes on them . . . and pilots ready to run to the plane and take off.
Remember, Joe (foot-in-mouth) Biden has predicted, "MARK MY WORDS, . . . . in the first six months, . . . . he will be tested."

how do you "lose" a nuke, seriously.... sounds like someone slipped it out the back door for some side cash or to get a party started for the military to have something to do...
