Do u have to wear a helmet while Nordic Skiing?
I heard someone else say that u should wear a helmet but i was not sure if they were talking about nordic or alpine.

No, not for nordic. Not unless, I suppose, you plan to be dodging rocks while telemarking.
Goggles while nordic skiing uphill will likely fog up, but they'd be okay for any downhill, and if you plan to ski near trees, it could save an eye. They'd also come in handy if the weather turns severe and it starts blowing icy snow into your eyes.

Most people do not wear a helmet or goggles. The best is to wear a bright lens pair of sport glasses and a thin hat like helly hanson lifa
