Did your cable already go ALL digital or is it still the same?
We all know that in February or March our cable will change and we would need a converter box for our TV. RCN already made this change so I can only watch the TV in my living room and I have to get a converter box for the one in my bedroom.
Then RCN is just retarded because my TV won't turn on regular TV. But when we tryed my aunts converter box it worked.

If you've got cable, you don't need a converter box!
That's all just a bunch of crap!!
You only need a converter box IF you still receive over the air programming! That's it!
And Wilmington, NC has been all digital since September. First city in the nation baby!
