Genetic code - The sequence of nucleotides in DNA or RNA that determines the specific amino acid sequence in the synthesis of proteins.
Eg. the codon in mRNA for the amino acid phenylalanine is UUU.
The corresponding anticodon in tRNA is AAA and the corresponding triplet of bases in DNA is TTT.
So consult the code which is in the link and for your amino acids read off the mRNA codon and then convert to tRNA and DNA using the complementary base pairing rules (AT,{AUfor RNA} and GC).

Try and think of it this way, you have your single DNA strand DNA: TAC CGG ATG CCA Now add the RNA compliments to the DNA DNA: TAC CGG ATG CCA mRNA: AUG GCC UAC GGU So remember your pairings for DNA A-T and C-G. They are compliments. Now in RNA the T is a U instead. So A-U and C-G. So now you have your mRNA strand mRNA: AUG GCC UAC GGU To make tRNA you add the compliments to the mRNA. It is going to look exactly the same as the DNA strand except the T's will be U's instead mRNA: AUG GCC UAC GGU tRNA: UAC CGG AUG CCA So when you see an A on the mRNA, you know the tRNA will have a U match up to that. On the DNA strand it would be a T. Both mRNA and tRNA are both RNA strands, they only differ in their function. Hope this helps
