Patriots fans...If Romeo Crennel gets axed by the Browns, should Belichick rehire him as Defensive Coordinator?

...of the Patriots?...I think he should. Just a hypothetical though. Crennel is still Head Coach of the Browns...at the moment...

Update:

I'm not saying right away...but if he is available when the season is over, I think they should consider it...

    No I don't think this is a good idea. The Patriots should keep who they have. It wouldn't be fair to fire your current defensive coordinator just because Crennel may become available. People have jobs and they have families. The only reason why firing is a good idea is if you as an employee are not taking care of your responsibilities. With the Patriots defense I don't see that the d coordinator isn't doing his job. So for that reason I don't think its a good move by the Patriots. And besides Crennel may be on the list of other losing teams. I don't think he will be fired right away, but he may in the future.
