Food in the kitchen.

Gas in the car.

Husband on the couch.

Cats in the house.

Sun in the sky.

Parents have their health.

A few dollars in my pocket.

Breeze in the air.

Things have been worse - much worse.

Besides the election, I'm not that excited. I'm actually worried about the riots that may occur if Obama doesn't win. I'm from Chicago, and people on my block are hoping and praying for him and his loss. I'm actually depressed. But congrats on the house, at least that is one person who I know is happy, and that makes me happy a little.

i'm excited because i think i am going thrift store shopping today. & that i got paid. & that i found home alone 1 in the VCR! i love that movie. & that i didn't mess up voting.
