    1. 10^-3 m / mm (1000 mm in one m)

    2.

    3. 10^6 mg/Kg (1000 mg in a g, 1000 g in a Kg)

    4.

    5. Hard one, you are squaring an area as in sq. ft. in a sq. yard - though there are 3 ft. in 1 yd, there are 9 (3x3) sq. ft. in a sq. yard.

    similarly there are

    100 cm in 1 m so there are (100 x 100) cm2 per m2 or

    10,000 cm2 per m2 = 10^4 cm2 / m2
