Lost state ID, social security card, and my Birth certificate.?

I lost my Birth certificate a while ago and just neglected to get a new one. But, now I'm not sure what to do. I lost my wallet and it had my Social Security card and ID in it. I mean the only other form of ID i had was my Military ID and that was in it too. I don't even know where to begin with trying to get everything back together. I Don't have an ID, so i really have to be careful about driving, and I have no money because my credit and debit cards where both in there. I don't know how to get a new social without having my ID, or a new ID with my social or even a new birth Certificate without either of those to things. And how do i get money from the bank if i don't have any proof of who i am.

You can go to the Social Security office and ask for a printout of your SS number. You can use that along with a birth certificate to get a new state ID or DL. Maybe you can borrow the money to get your birth certificate. You should have called your bank and your credit card company to report the cards as stolen. They will cancel them and issue you new ones. Then you can get money from your bank with your new debit card.

Go to your community court. They can help you. If you don't know where that is, call your county library. Most this people don't know what they are talking about. You need a photo ID to get a birth certificate because your signed request for the birth certificate must be notarized. In order for a notary to sign that you signed it, they need a photo ID. Most young people have no documentation except that by the parents. It is a catch 22. No birth certificate, not ID, not ID, no birth certificate. Do not judge people for not having this documents. People robbed, and some youth are never given these document by their parents when they turn 18. Some people fall through the cracks. We need to help them, not judge them, or let them homeless, or jobless.
