Definately a fraud....someone's trying to hack your yahoo account.
Don't ever pass your information to such kind of mails.

Above given email is absolutly phishing/fraud email and hacker was trying to get your personal information (password) which you must not give it to him.
If you have any doubt for such kind of emails, then first confirm it with yahoo! , id is abuse@yahoo.com or fill the form which is given in the help area and you will get the directions......
Another tip to judge this kind of mail is if yahoo is sending you an email then it must be from yahoo's corporate id (something@cc.yahoo-inc.com) sometime this ids are also forged, not ids like(something@yahoo.com)........
So, Beware of hackers.................

I agree. Total fraud. Never share your info to anyone, especially someone claiming to need your info.
