honestly don't even think about the ex not while you have a gf..first i would try and push to take your gf but if not go with the responsible friend..you want to stay loyal to your gf and still have a good time..maybe your gf can come to the after prom?

If your current girlfriend is your best friend you should not take anyone else to the prom. If your parents don't want you to take her to the prom then try another alternative.

Get your Tux, get the limo, make the restaurant reservations and take your current girlfriend to the restaurant in the limo wearing your tux. She can dress also.

it's dangerous to go with your ex or the swim team girl cuz there are connotations you don't want while you've got a girlfriend. but you don't want to sneak around your parents on prom night, it's a big night for them too. go with your friend

Skipped both. For senior prom, I went out with friends and we did crazy stuff. Good times.

your girlfriend believe me she will be mad if you don't go with her. if not your friend, best option so your gf won't be jealous. Definitely not your ex. And your swim team mate prob not a good idea if ppl already think you would make a cute couple (might make your gf mad.)

if I were you i would just meet up with your gf when you got there and go with someone who knows what youre doing.

you're so not obligated to take your ex. i would just take the person you have the most fun with. i went by myself to my year 12 ball and i'm so so glad cos everyone i knew pretty much ended up fighting with their dates, but i had the most awesome time.

i say just take who you want to go with, and if that's your gf then explain why you want to to your parents, if they still say no i would do it anyway!

You are not obligated to do anything but be polite to your ex. Take your current girl friend because if you don't you will be looking for another new girl friend.

My answer would be to go with a group of friends and not have one specific date. That way you're not upsetting your friends, girlfriend or parents.

i say your ex, to catch up on things. ive had a boyfriend for a year and he didnt wanna go to formal with me so i went with my girls, and a aerosmith song came on and my ex asked me to dance, it was really nice to talk and smile with him again. i say really your ex it will be nicee.
