What laptop should I get?
I am looking for a laptop to buy this Christmas. Price range is probably in the $700-900 range. I don't really care about the manufacturer. The laptop will be used mostly for school work activities plus probably used for music and videos and online activities like Facebook and Yahoo. Help is greatly appreciated.

I have been currently looking at the Dell Studio 15 and it seems to be a reasonably good deal. Also the reviews seem to be reasonably good for the price. You can customize your own laptop at www.dell.com. The lowest you can get it is at 599$ and the price increases from there.

the new macbook starts at $999 but if you buy online and use your school discount you can get it for $950.
