The messenger is not always easy to identify.
The average person is more inclined to bury their heads in the sand than to look at the real issues.
Real communication requires real effort, especially in a face to face situation.
The ideal outcome is a win, win situation, this is very difficult it not only requires time but a lot of emotional effort.
