there's a whole lot more but out of this list i only liked Hamlet and Farenheit 451 .

USA; Macbeth; King Lear; The Mill on the Floss; A Tale of Two Cities; Native Son; Silas Marner; A Separate Peace; Treasure Island; A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court. Two that I hated were Walden and Robinson Crusoe.

Those were the ones I had to read in High School. I couldn't stand them then but now that I'm older, I've actually gone back and reread most of them and enjoyed quite a few. Steinbeck is an incredible author. Unfortunately there were still a couple that I disliked even more.

You read Jane Erye? Two girls in a book read it. Well, I had to read The School Story by Andrew Clements and Bunnicula by Deborah and James Howe.
