How do you catch a thief?

Question

I work with about10 people in a small office. Over the past year we have had 100k dollar documents, cell phones,contracts,blank checks and computer info taken. None of these things have any resale value nor any pertinent business information, but the taking of these items causes great headache and wasted time for the person who needed it. Not to mention they are trying to make it look like it is the errors of one person in an attempt to get them fired. Don't know how to trap them or set them up to catch them at it. I have an idea of who it is but can't do anything without proof.

Update:

I might add this person is a coworker not a supervisor of mine - but she does hold a supervisory position.

And you want to trap the thief with something in a language he/she may doesn't understand? I'm asking since you placed your question in the languages section.

okay here it is.

1.) First set traps around your house

2.) higher ninjas

3.) buy some exploding kittens

4.) get an ak47

3.) set a motion detectinting sprinkler system instead of water gasoline and put auto-matic lighters
