celll phone help please!?
ok i have a virgin mobile cell phone and i have went through 2 chargers with it already....what should i do...like should i email the company or what?? please give me an idea...thankss!!

Well, my cell phone works better with certain chargers. Some I think that the wires come loose and don't really work. If you get another charger, just try and take care of it. I got a new one and haven't really fooled with it. Now of course, it could just be your phone. If you do call the company and they can give you another phone, ask for a different brand. Different brands have different chargers.

I dont have Virgin mobile, but if you are having trouble with the battery, you should either call an electronics store or the manufacturer of the phone. They both should be able to help you out. Something is probably wrong with the battery.

I'd say take it back aswell, I work for Bell and if you return the phone within 30 days of purchase they'll exchange it for the same item. It does sound like its the phone itself. Good luck!

You can complain, although my biggest issue with VM is they put java on phones that don't meet the requirements for that type of code (the marbl is a good example of one of their junk java phones)

take it back to the store and tell them whats happening, it could be the phone.
