dark circles, dark circles!!?
i have dark circles. the skin all the way around my eyes is a purplish color. worse in some areas than others. now you can only see it in the skin on top of my eyes when i open my eyes as much as i can, but you don't any other time (maybe when my eyes are closed) ecause the skin overlaps and yeah. so anyways, i'm a red-head male caucasian. light colored skin. 5'6 120pounds. i play basketball so i'm in shape, so i exercise. i drink water, not the recommended 8-10 but like no one drinks that much a day. i get 8-9 hours of sleep a night. i'm 16 years old. when i got a physical so i could get my permit, the doctor thought it might be allergies and i took what he prescribed and it didn't do anything. i've been asked if i was punched, i was just asked the other day if i was stoned. i've never drunk in my life, never will. i don't do drugs or smoke. i've tried the tea bags and creams. i won't wear make up cause i'm a guy so don't suggest it. please help!!
if i did end up going to see a doctor for this, what kind of doctor should i see? i would like to avoid having to see a doctor though if possible.
i also take like 10 vitamins a day so i'm pretty well nutrioned when it comes to that stuff
and don't blame the vitamins as the problem

Wash your face regularly with cool water in the morning. The cool water decreases the swelling which is the cause for the dark eye circles. You cal also try bleaching the skin by applying a little bit of citrus juice, tea bags, cucumbers or grated potatoes. The don't just bleach he skin they also help the circulation of your blood. Another way is just to put a little bit of Preparation H which reduces the swelling by constricting the blood vessels.
Hope that helps :)

Tan. Dark under eye circles are not always caused by lack of sleep, some people, like me, just have them. You really shouldn't worry about it since your a dude. Unless it looks like you got punched..that would be different.
