yes H&R Block will be offering the emerald advance. It will begin shortly depending on the area you are in. You should call your local office to see when. I know in the Los Angeles area it will start Nov 14-17, again depending which office you go to. And nation wide it is scheduled to launch roughly Nov. 24.

Yes, I actually called them yesterday inquiring about it. I called the 800 number and was told November 24th. I am going to set up an appointment for that day. Do it every year! Good Luck!
