Yes, there are people who's last name is Paul. If you want a more popular name, try Paulson.

Paul can be used as first or last name. Dylan Paul is nice. But you could probably choose something nicer for a surname, as it's not very interesting. Maybe you could keep Paul for a middle name if you like it. Dylan is cool. :-)

Paul can be a last name just like Simon is a last name. Ever heard of the singer Paul Simon?

Paul is definitely a last name

    A few examples:

Les Paul - famous guitar player

    Ron Paul - presidential candidate

    Christy Paul - CNN newscaster

    Chris Paul - NBA star

Roy Paul - footballer (soccer in US)

  • i have known several people who have the name paul as a first name.. i guess perhaps it is some poeple's last name but that can be said about a lot of names that are also first names.

Take a look in your phone book. You will find your answer there. I have determined that children often are victims of good intent by their parents who want to establish a uniquely individual identity for the child by giving it a "unique" name. I have given my self my identity based on satisfying the necessary criteria required for success. I will add that my goals do not represent the expectations of the goal roles my parents favored.
