Where in New York City can I get my autoharp repaired/tuned?

I just bought an autoharp and it came to me totally out of tune. In fact some of the strings are so loose that they don't really make any sort of musical sound at all. I can't figure out how to tune it (the little metal things that the strings wrap around don't seem to turn like on a guitar), and I'm wondering if anyone knows a place in New York City (where I live) that might be able to help me get it fixed up. Any ideas? Thanks!
