Does anyone have any Winter Track advice?
I can run, first off. Im not lazy, and im in pretty good shape, but i cant seem to run outside in the cold.
Today was the first day of winter track, and the cold air kicked my butt.
After about two 200meter sprints with one 100meter walk in between, my chest got tight.
Does anyone have any advice on how to breathe while running, on how to increase endurance, or on how to become a better runner in general?!
any advice would be so so so so so so so so helpful:)

breathe through your nose, breathing through your mouth tires you out faster.
also start doing some cardio in a gym, do bike work or other leg exercises.
