Does anyone remember the Jack Chick "comic book" tracts?

I remember collecting these when I was a young girl. They used to be laying all over the train stations in Philadelphia. I specifically remember the one above because I had Mormon friends.

And this one didn't sit well in my parent's (Catholic) home!

When I sell stuff on ebay, I include a chick tract in every package. I love them! But recently, I bought some of the million dollar bills from Living Waters website. they are very cool and easy to hand out. Everyone loves getting them. They look real.

I remember them being in the laundromats and phone booths.Alberto there so called former Priest was arrested for child molesting at least twice and there are no records of him ever being a Priest and he died at around 50 yrs of age from Cancer.Only the most uneducated people could ever put any stock in any thing Jack Chick has ever published. I read his history one time but not sure where to send you to read it but he has been denounced by every Major Protestant Group in America including many Fundamentalist Groups and part of it was brought on when he brought Alberto in his world and his criminal past was discovered along with the Jesuit Priest claim. But Jack Chic never once distant him self from Alberto as Jack Chic seems to have one goal in life and that is his complete Hate of the Catholic Church.

I remember those Chick publications well. My grandfather was an evangelist and he had boxes of those things. Back in the 70's I think I read them all. I remember people having all sorts of opinions on how wrong they thought his ideas were....hmmmm, maybe that's why they stayed in the recording studio in the back corner all the time. I was too young to really form an opinion on what he was saying so now I read other peoples answers I'll have to have a look online and see what I missed in my childish innocence.
That was a trip down memory lane!

Yes, they were SOOOO funny. I used to laugh for hours reading those things! One of my favorites was the one about the game "Dungeons and Dragons"! It actually said something to the effect that if your character made 4th level that you became a witch!
You can still access them on line I think.
Now, that being said, they did have some that were accurate about some of the christian cults like the Jehovah's Witnesses. The one about the Mormons was very inaccurate though.

I do. One track really scared me. It was called "Don't Read That Book." I still have some from a long time ago. Yeah he's not too keen on Catholics. I had the Alberto series. Still there may be some truth there.

He's still making them. Their pretty amazing. I enjoy them for reasons not intended by Jack Chick. He's suppose to be very serious about them, but I find them good comedy entrainment.
There's even someone that goes into in-depth views on them.

IJR was rather fond of the COOKIE OF DEATH tract. Almost as funny as MAD MAGAZINE. Than IJR realized these were meant to be truthful and not satirical. A sad, shocking enlightenment.
