Remove Ubuntu and run Puppy linux?

Ok well my computer running ubuntu is very old and is very out dated. So I want to use a lighter os such as puppy. I burned the iso onto a disk but when its in the computer running ubuntu it won't load the disk

    Keep the disc in your computer, and then restart it, that should do it. If not, you'll have to change your boot media priority in your BIOS (Make CD drive first).

    You need to boot up off of the CD. Your machine is probably already configured to do so. Leave the cd in the machine and then reboot.
