no its not. liverpool paid the refs.

That play itself I don't think was a penalty, but if i recall there was a previous incident in the box that was more than likely a penalty and the ref didnt call it. He may have been calling this penalty for the one he missed.. But on the play alone that was called a penalty, i say no it was not. they were both going for the ball.
