Who's the best rapper that's alive today?

A lot of people argue over who was the best rapper tupac or else biggie, but what I want to know is who is the best rapper alive. If I had to choose it would come down to naz and andre3000. Their lyrics are sick and their word play is off the chain. But hey I'm asking you
