What's a Mario Party-style game for PS2?

I'm trying to find a game that a few people can play together that doesn't have much of a learning curve.

Super Monkey Ball Party or maybe Rayman Raving Rabbids or Pac Man Fever.

PS3 can double as a Blue Ray player, not keen on all the RPGs, but it also has Little Big Planet, and various platformers(not big on those so not too much in the know) RPGs aren't even what pulls the money for a 360. That leaves you with the Wii, as many have been saying, lots of fun games for you and also to play with any friends whether they're core gamers or not, plenty of fun rpgs have come out for it. Remember you have the entire backlog of GameCube games as well, as they are compatible with the Wii. (Also PS2 and 1 have a great catalog of rpgs as well) The other 2 systems are alot of big tech and graphics for mainstream drudgery and "hardcore" games for the competitive and E-Peen obsessed, and of course are more expensive (especially if you want to add any of the motion technology which makes consoles more attractive and has some fun game options with it.) I'd leave out the 360, I would say that's the console I would want, I'm still playing Counter Strike, TF2, Left 4 Dead 2 vs., Battlefield 2142, StarCraft 2 obsessively, I play to win, just to give you an idea what that is for :P

Shrek Super Party. Very similar idea, although not as fun nor does it contain as many mini games. However, if you love Shrek, it's pretty decent.
