So, I really really really really like this guy, i think i love him, but he had a girlfriend i was pretty convinced that he would NEVER break up with. But, I just got the news that his girlfriend is gonna break up with him, and he is a really good friend to me. He even flirts with me sometimes, and he has said that i was hott before. What can i do to make sure he asks me out?

Just be a friend for him now, especially since SHE'S the one breaking up with him. He's gonna be a little sore for awhile. Don't flirt or make advances on him until he's had some time. Then, start to flirt a little, and see how that goes. See if he flirts back. If not, he may need more time.
