windows media player11 wont burn unknown track-length ?
I have converted downloaded MP3 tracks to .WAV and added them to the WMP library. They all play and have the correct properties but the track times do not show up on the list, so I can't burn them onto audioCD - WMP will only burn a track if it "knows" the track time.
"Help" suggests it will get to know if I first play the track.
This doesn't work. It's doing my head in! Any ideas?

stick it in a playlist. Double click it.
That works usually for me,but I've never tried to convert mp3 to wav
